Shaft seal bonding in our hyperbaric habitat!

Recently, our team successfully completed a shaft seal replacement using seal bonding within a hyperbaric habitat.
With last-minute notice, we mobilized our habitat system and created a controlled, pressurized environment around the vessel’s damaged seal assembly. This allowed us to perform seal bonding operations while the vessel remained in afloat conditions!
Why does this matter?
Simple: No need for dry-docking.
At 5 Oceans, we maintain a fleet of hyperbaric habitats ready to support a wide range of complex underwater maintenance projects. Combined with seal bonding techniques, this approach delivers faster turnaround times and significant cost savings for vessel operators.
